A person alongside the process
Debbie has homeschooled her own children and worked with learners from foundation phase through high school. Her experience includes Cambridge, American programmes, GED and SAT preparation, and supporting children with different learning needs.
She has particular experience working with autistic children. She looks for explanations, activities and routines that suit the individual learner, rather than expecting every child to learn in the same way.
This programme brings that educational experience together with personalised resources and regular feedback for families learning at home.

Before we begin
Cambridge homeschool families looking for additional support with a specific learning difficulty or area of understanding. Debbie will discuss your child’s stage, subjects and current work with you first to establish whether she can help.
No. The programme supports your existing Cambridge learning materials. It is additional educational support, rather than a school, qualification or complete curriculum.
Debbie has experience supporting autistic children and learners with different needs. The first conversation is an opportunity to discuss the support your child needs and whether the programme is a suitable fit. It does not provide a clinical assessment or diagnosis.
You take part in the first conversation and help establish a workable routine at home. The level of ongoing help depends on your child. That expectation is agreed at the outset, and you receive updates as the programme progresses.
Yes. Your child’s lessons, exercises and assessments are organised in a personalised Moodle course, alongside scheduled check-ins. Moodle is the online learning space; Debbie provides the teaching judgement and ongoing support. Device and accessibility requirements are discussed before starting.
With your agreement, a consultation can be recorded and transcribed to help Debbie review the conversation and prepare the learning plan. AI assists with planning and resources; Debbie makes the teaching decisions and checks the material. The recording, tools used, information shared and retention arrangements are agreed before recording or processing begins.
The final review looks at the work completed and the next useful steps. Any further support is discussed separately. The proposed programme has no automatic renewal and does not guarantee a particular exam mark.
